Automate Frequent Tasks – Memorize transactions that occur on a regular basis, including Internet access fees, rent, loan payments, monthly invoices and more.
- Enter the transaction, as usual
- Click on Edit, Memorize and name it
- Choose whether you want it to be entered automatically (simplest if always the same) or to be reminded (if there are changes in splits and/or amounts)
- If you choose to be reminded, then click on Lists, Memorized transactions and double click the transaction to enter it
