Automate Frequent Tasks – Memorize transactions that occur on a regular basis, including Internet access fees, rent, loan payments, monthly invoices and more.

  1. Enter the transaction, as usual

  2. Click on Edit, Memorize and name it

  3. Choose whether you want it to be entered automatically (simplest if always the same) or to be reminded (if there are changes in splits and/or amounts)

  4. If you choose to be reminded, then click on Lists, Memorized transactions and double click the transaction to enter it
