Consulting - QuickBooks offers several versions, several add-on packages, different payroll services and much more.  Making sense of all of this can be overwhelming to some and too time consuming for others.  We’ll help you sift through the information and find what works for you and what your costs will be. 

Installation and Setup - We can install the software and help get it setup for your industry, your business structure and your individual business

Training - We provide onsite or remote training right on your desktop.  This way you get your books done while learning. We teach you what you need to know and we customize QuickBooks to suit you and your business. We’ll explain procedures, terminology and whatever you need to know while also providing you with time-saving tips from keystrokes and automation to data entry and the end report. 

Troubleshooting - When you can’t figure out why something’s not working, can’t balance the bank statement or have incorrect numbers, we’ll help you figure out what went wrong and then help you fix it. We also offer remote support that allows us to see your computer from our office. Should you get stuck, we can see what you see and even take over if necessary.

Data File Analysis – Is your QuickBooks data file “healthy”?  Many businesses unknowingly make mistakes, and some can be quite significant. These mistakes can distort profit, give you misleading information and result in higher accounting fees and possibly embarrassment with banks, vendors and clients. With our QuickBooks Diagnostic Tool we can do the following:
